Can I Learn Reiki?
Reiki is very simple to learn. The ability to use Reiki is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability
is passed on during an “attunement” given by a Reiki Master/Teacher. This attunement allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of “life force energy” to improve one’s health and enhance the quality of life.
Reiki is not dependent on one’s intellectual or physical capacity,
spiritual development or religious beliefs and therefore is available to everyone.
It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and
backgrounds.

The Usui System of Natural Healing:
This system of Reiki began in Japan through Usui and Hayashi and then introduced by Hawayo Takata to the Western World (Hawaii) at the beginning of WWII to continue its evolution and eventual return to Japan. There have been many branches of the Takata line of Reiki (i.e. The Radiance Technique)
Komyo Reiki:
This method of Reiki originates from Japan, directly descended from the Usui style of Reiki and
has developed and grown in Japan through the lineage of Usui, Hayashi, Yamaguchi, and Inamoto. Komyo Reiki is taught as a healing practice and a spiritual practice. In Japanese tradition it is “Keep it Simple” Komyo means the “Great White Light”.
Reiki or Rei-Universal / Ki-Energy
-This healing art was bestowed upon Sensei Mikao Usui as he attained enlightenment on Kurama Mountain in Japan in 1922
-Reiki releases, activates and transforms energy.
-Reiki is a wonderful preventative health measure, however you need not be sick to enjoy and appreciate Reiki.
-Reiki restores and re-balances the body’s energy, clears blockages, activates, accelerates and enhances the body’s natural ability to heal and detoxify itself.
-All organs, glands, and cells of the body are energized and re-balanced, enabling them to function more efficiently.
-Reiki heals not only the symptoms, but also the underlying causes of a disease, with deep healing taking place on all levels. -Physical-Mental-Emotional-Spiritual
-Reiki is deeply relaxing, relieves stress, tension and pain, calms fears, boosts, self-esteem, heals, rejuvenates and energizes.
A complete healing system in itself, Reiki will also complement and enhance all other forms of therapy, both alternative and conventional.
Reiki Workshops
Reiki First Degree
History of Reiki/Lineage, Reiki Principles, Guidelines for hand
placements, how to activate Reiki energy, self-treatment, chair treatment, full body treatment, Chakras, grounding, clearing, centering, meditation, learn about Canadian Reiki Association.
Time required: 2 days
Reiki Second Degree
Learn to enhance the energy transfer, Reiki Symbols, (Power,
mental/emotional, distance). Distant healing for individual, groups, and circumstances. Reiki exchange, meditation, C.R.A. membership and developing a Reiki business. (Proof of 1st degree Reiki Required)
Time required: 2 days
Reiki Master Practitioner Level
Review the 1st and 2nd degree training. The Practitioner will learn the “The Master Symbol”. Learn to meditate, Third-Eye activation, Emphasis on daily Reiki Ryoho, Tools for use in Reiki, Crystals-how to use a Crystal Grid, Reiki Exchange
Time required: 2 days, homework (reading and self-treatment record)
(Proof of 1st and 2nd degree Reiki in the traditional Usui System will be required)
Reiki Master Teacher Level
Reviewing the 1st, 2nd, and Master Practitioner Level. Meditation
on opening and aligning the Chakras, Instruction on how to perform all Reiki attunements for all levels. Practice attunements. How to create professional manuals, conduct Reiki workshops, business marketing idea. Reiki shares and supporting your students and new teachers.
Time required: 2 days, some homework.
(Proof of 1st, 2nd, and MP status in the traditional Usui System will be required)
Reiki for Kids classes
Time required: 6 hours

Since 2004, I have studied, read, and attended numerous workshops and lectures in the realm of metaphysics, alternative healing and spirituality. I am happily using my previous teaching experiences to offer healing classes, workshops, teaching and public speaking. I continue to offer Reiki/Energy healing to clients out of my home or in Lloydminster.
After the loss of my beloved daughter, I found the courage to dedicate my life to finding a new path…, one that heals my own heart while helping others to heal themselves. We all have a light inside that connects with the Divine light; sometimes we just need a spark to activate it. I hope to help others find that light. Love and Light to anyone who may read this!
